Hi There Peeps!

FRIDAY!!! WOO HOO!!! Big Breath in... I'm SO psyched to relax and hang out this weekend.. This has been a busy week for This Kerilyn Girl.. Last nite I had a Focus Group.. it was held in this Downtown DC Architecture/Design Firm in my favorite part of DC. It was so cool to be among others in the same industry.. The Focus group was about The Environment and recycling... Good thoughts.... AND .. I walked away with $100 bucks! (Oh.. and there was this cute boy there.. and I couldn't help but to think that his semi-flirting with me (smiling at me and looking at me when he spoke) it had to do with how he was reacting to me feeling REALLY GOOD!! - No worries.. I walked away.. he said "Good Nite Kerilyn" but it still felt good to get that kinda energy thrown on me.. made me feel alive!)

Ok.. so.. I have to boogy to work.. so I'm making this ultra short for today...

Did you see/Tape/Tivo/DVR Oprah? It was good! I was shouting WOO HOO! as I watched it.. There was this awesome example of how we need to be conscious of our thoughts...

What thoughts we are sending out is like the cosmic restaurant and your telling the universal waitress what you want to order. Picture the waitress coming to your table with her/his little pad.. and saying "Are you ready to order?" Are you ordering "I can't afford that.. or I don't have money for that.. or I'll never get love... " If you see the chef (The UNIVERSE!) putting that order on a plate.. and slinging it out hitting that little bell "PICK IT UP!" What if.. you say to your friend sitting across the table from you.. "Remember last time this food sucked?" and the waitress is always there.. listening.. that's what your going to get again.. SUCKY FOOD.

Yea.. now I ask you.. WHAT ARE YOU ORDERING?
