High/Low 1.19.07

Hey ya'll!!!

FRIDAY!! (and payday for me too!) Great Googly Moogly! I feel great this morning! (Maybe cause i'm on my 2nd cup of coffee and it's only 7:15am) Ok so TODAY is Naomi's Birthday.. (Happy Birthday Honey!!) and Sunday is my girl Kyra's birthday! We're a gettin older.. but that's a good thing! SO many wonderful things to look forward to!!!

OK.. so onto 3 things 2 things

3 things that make me happy:
- Gotta say my cat, Pez.. I LOVE how she stays with me on the bed all nite.. I mean.. she sleeps during the day.. so you gotta think she isn't necessarily tired at nite.. but she sleeps right next to me.. I hear her little kitty breathing and it makes me feel so safe.
- At like 3:30 yesterday, one of the saleswomen that I do jobs for (who is a little scatterbrained most of the time) told me about a job she was supposed to have me start the week before (which means RUSH) and I knocked out what she needed to show the client in an hour.. it made me feel so good that she was impressed and I was proud of myself!
- Payday. I get up and.. like a little girl on christmas morning.. I rush downstairs to check on my bank balance online.. and I feel like the richest woman in the world when BAM.. the money is there!

2 things I am looking forward to today:
1. Friday afternoons are usually relaxed.. and chill in the office.. a wind down of sorts to the weekend.. no deadlines due tomorrow.. and all the sales people say "Well get back to them on Monday" which means I have 2 days to not think of work at all.
2. Last weekend, Kevin and I were in a shoe store.. and I saw these AWESOME pair of shoes
and they were on SALE!!! Kevin knows i've been looking for a pair so he bought them for me! I'm looking forward to wearing them tonite!

2 long term things I'm looking forward to:
1. Getting past the hump of forecasters looking for snow in our area. NO SNOW!
2. Kevin and I are planning a trip to see/meet his Father and family in Iowa.

1 person I am going to appreciate:
I am going to say the The Paper Doll - She showed me the Listography website.. and I took a browse at her lists.. I love that she can come up with things to list about.. I was trying to think about things to write.. I think she's an awesome writer! Go Girl!

and on that note i have to boogy to get ready for work...
